A PIE THING

a pie ? what first thing comes out in your mind about a pie ?

maybe apple pie? or maybe a baked dish? or what else?

for me, the first time i knew a pie was an apple pie.

i was thinking what kind of pie this store sell then beside apple pie.

i have seen few posts and pictures before come to this place, it is kind of my habit now to see the review from others before come to a new place. 

find out which one is the most popular one.

so without any time longer, here are the photos during my experience in a pie thing.

the choices of the sweet pie. what i know is they won't bake another more pie once they open their store. so means whatever flavors available, so you just can choose those flavors. and if you come a bit late of night, then i am afraid the choice wont be that much.

Honeybean Dessert

Honeybean is a place that selling a Taiwanese dessert. Few months i was not in Jakarta, and come back then suddenly a lot of new places like this appear :D

A place to hang out like this become a trend on this season. So many cafes, desserts, cake shop, etc.

And since i like desserts and sweet things, i saw Honeybean a lot of times, tagged by my friends' posts. So, i am aware of this new shop, and feels like want to try how the taste it, is it different with Hong Tang or almost the same.

So, that i went there with my little brothers and sister, they are my cousins. I dont know whether on the usual weekdays does Honeybean also need to queue like when i visited them or not. When i visited Honeybean, it was still school holiday season due to Hari Raya. therefore, it is kinda pack there both inside and outside, we have to wait for a while to get the seat.

The dining area kinda small in the size, as it can not fit a lot of people inside.

These are what we odered, the first is ice with mango and jelly, got mango fruits, and mango puree i guess. (pstt, it is not papaya, okay? i know the pics look likes papaya because it looks kinda orange)

second, the egg pudding, mochi, nata de coco, and a bit of ice. 

third, chocolate pudding, mango pudding and fruits.

in my opinion, based on my own experience, the taste quite okay, but the size was kinda small, the ingredients were just a bit for each ingredient. Not really satisfied though (sorry to say).

But, if you curious enought and you want to have your experience by yourself, go get a try :D

Good Friends, Good Place

GOOD FRIENDS CAFE

Hi again! today i will have a review about new cafe, named Good Friends. It is located in SS15.

So i went there because i saw some posts from my friends on Instagram and their foods seems like so delicious and i want to try it by my own. So during my study break, i decided to went there to have my lunch with my two bestfriends, and we also had our study there for final exam.

The place is good, and the ambience also good, you feel so welcome when you enter the cafe. I lik Good Friends because the place inside is not so small like most of cafe had, they can accomodate many customers there. and it is good. But the lighting is not so bright for study and take pictures :D

Yet it is not so important though if you just want to have your meal there and hang out with some friends, it is a good place to chill.

the price is fairly price, not expensive, and the portion is worth the price.
