7 Days Milk Challenge with Dutch Lady

"a good breakfast, fuel you up and get you ready for the day"

do you know that actually breakfast is a really important meal of the day? do not ever skip breakfast, you can grab a slice of toast, or some cookies in the morning if you don't have time to sit and have breakfast. I honestly say, i have my breakfast everyday, even most of the time, i really waiting from night time before i sleep, knowing that i need to wake up early to have my breakfast. I don't want my breakfast time and lunch time gap is too close. I want to enjoy my breakfast. Usually i will have toast and milk, or tea for breakfast. Sometime, i will have a cup of granola and milk, sometime traditional kuih. I always love to have my milk during my breakfast, because it just make a complete breakfast, and 'closed' my breakfast time with the good thing, enrich my body and fill up my tummy with something that full of protein, calcium, and make me feel full without consuming a lot and heavy meal in the morning. I will tell you more about the milk itself in the next paragraph.

The commercial, or lots of times we heard about the milk actually does good for your body. However, have you ever think yourself, and prove it, what does the milk actually do to your body, what are the benefits of milk itslef? After some research here and there, I can list down some points why drinking milk is a good.



Being aware that the condition nowadays, a lot of people consume a little of calcium. A high risk of osteoporosis. So why not those who are aware of it, we remind others to consume more milks. Share a good things to others not hard, and not difficult to do. I will continue to do my part, so why not you start it too? For a better world, and for a better life.
Calcium can be received not only from milk, but why not start to drink a milk a glass a day?
It is just as simple as that. It fuel you up. And you ready to walk through your day.
Having enough nutrients is important for your body. Having a healthy lifestyle need to start from now. 

Below, i will share with you my 7 days milk journey with Dutch Lady Malaysia:

BREAKFAST DAY 1

I enjoyed the breakfast delivered to me on the day itself.
Such a great meal. I always love my breakfast. Instead of having the full cream milk,
I had my low fat Milk first. Cause actually I prefer have low fat rather than full cream.
It is just my preference. No other specific reasons for it.


BREAKFAST DAY 2

On the second day, I had my breakfast on the plane because I was travelling overseas.
So i bring along the other 5 milks with me.

BREAKFAST DAY 3

On the next day I tried the Taro toast with Siew Mai with Quail Egg.
And of course not forget my milk too! What a sinful yet delicious breakfast.
Fuel up my day!

BREAKFAST DAY 4

The day after, we had fish congee and you tiao coated with cheering fun.
I just found that this can be a good breakfast too. I never had congee for breakfast though.
A new experience. I shared the congee with my friend because i feel too much.
And the you tiao as well. It was a lot! Not forget to have my milk for breakfast.


BREAKFAST DAY 5

The other day, the other breakfast. I had dim sum for that day. As you can see below.
I just a little bit regret, I supposed to eat Tou Sa Bao instead of Char Siew Bao.
A lot of salty dishes already. But not bad, to paired it up with my milk again.

BREAKFAST DAY 6

the last day of my trip. I had my quick breakfast.
I bought the cheese tart the day before. We bought 4. and still got two.
Then i put on the fridge, the cheese not melting.
but the taste super good. you should tried it.
they had some branches in some countries. you can google it.
cheese and milk, what a protein i had!

For the last day, I have granola topped with milk.
I miss my usual breakfast already. and glad that I can have it again.

Such a great journey with Dutch Lady throughout this one week.
I will still continue to have my milk during my breakfast.
Because I know that have my milk once in a day is a good thing.
Some days, I have my warm milk before sleep. To help me relieve my stress.
And sleep well. As I had mentioned above the good side of having milk, I encourage all of you, who read my blog, to start drink milk, whether it is for breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, post workout, dinner, or before sleep. It will give you something good. Give you energy to start your day, give you enough nutritions, such as calcium, proteins, etc. Don't worry about the calories contain in milk, as long as you have it in proper portion. I suggest you to have it low fat though.
