Enjoy Every Moment~: Local Taste at Tribeca

Local Taste ID happened from 30 April to 3 May 2015. on 1st of May i went back to Jakarta for short holiday. And since i was very curious for a long time ago, i really wanted to go to food bazaar in Jakarta. A lot of food bazaar passed already, and it seems like a lot of nice foods selling there, and i cannot try, feel so sad. And for your information, the foods and beverages selling in food bazaar usually don't have physical stall at any shopping malls, they start selling from online store or any kind of bazaar like this. So that is why, i want to go and try various kind of desserts. i have been following several instagram accounts that organise food bazaar quite some times, thus i knew there will be a food bazaar in Central Park when i was going to Jakarta for short holiday.

Localtaste.co.id was organized at one of shopping malls in Jakarta named Central Park.

Location: Jalan Letnan Jenderal S. Parman Kav. 28, Jakarta Barat 11470, Indonesia

Central Park Mall has one big park (Tribeca Park they called) and it was where this food bazaar located. So many events happened in this park, because actually the park is nice, and quite big.

To keep it short, i went there with my families, the bazaar divided into two sides, A and B, one was more into ice creams, whereby other side was more into salty foods.
I just tried 5 different foods, because i have to had my lunch that time.

the first one is Krispy Krips.

i tried the fried mushrooms. they got several flavours, and you can choose either chicken or mushroom. the taste was not bad.

2. we went to try Chewbites. I have been craving for this Kue Cubit for a longgggg time already. this was one of my favourite childhood's snacks. And suddenly it becomes happening again, but this era, got a lot of flavours. One of them is Green Tea.! My favourite. So yea, i got try the Green Tea flavour with Chocolate Kitkat for topping. It was a long queue there. But luckily i got try. You can choose either cooked, or half cooked. I chose the half-cooked.

3. Then i went to the ice cream's area, where most of the ice creams stall were there. I'm quite curious about this Larc Ice Cream, i have seen a lot of posts about this ice cream. So i tried one. I chose the caramel popcorn, and Honeycomb as toppings. Well, it was below my expectation actually. I have seen lots of posts about this Larc, thought it was good, from the photo that i took, it was melting, maybe the weather that time was too hot. i have seen lots of nice posts about this ice cream, so i thought it was as good as that. The ice cream, the taste was too milky. and the honeycomb not so nice. But well, at least i got try and answered my curiosity.

4. Eggeats. this stall selling ice creams, served with egg waffle. Man! It was very good combination. I love both. So, i decided to order one of the famous menu which was Snowpop. Egg waffle topped with flavor ice cream, sweet popcorn, caramel syrup, cookie crumbs, corn flakes, oreo crumbs, and original baileys. You should try this ! The queue was one hour, i was shocked, but then nevermind, since i wanted to try, i just ordered, and walk around to another places, and come back after one hour. Super delicious!

5. And the very last one before i went back, i bought this cold pressed juice. I have been following their instagram for quite some times also. And i was curious too about these juice, seems so nice, eventhough only a juice. Got a lot of flavors available. Colourful juice, and it is really healthy, without sugar added. Recommended! i bought the green one, and you can see the ingredients from my photo below. If you read, it looks like weird combination but then, when i tried, fresh and a bit sour.
